Lean Forward with Drawn by Pain

Hello all!

Wanted to tell you about a very cool book that our little/big movie has just been featured in (on 15 or so pages) for its stylistic techniques in creating good moments of dramatic change! I am beyond humbled that Norman Hollyn, editor of many Hollywood films, choose to talk about us (next to films like the Matrix and the Godfather!) in his new book titled “The Lean Forward Moment.” No matter how you get your story out there, it really goes to show that with enough push, passion and ongoing determination, someone will notice.

Being in the book notwithstanding – it really is a great read with all kinds of informative tidbits and insights rarely seen in texts for filmmakers/people interested in film. So if you are interested at all in storytelling (in all types of film, tv and web media), I highly recommend taking a look.

You guys rock as always. Thx for helping make the film what it is and is becoming!

    Hi,

I read somewhere on this website a while ago that there was supposed to be a DVD of all the episodes. Does this DVD is still coming?

It is coming, but has taken FOREVER :)

It’s more of a feature film version than just the episodes together. Some scenes have been removed, some changed to make sure it works as a whole (as opposed to episodes). Shall keep people updated via the mailing list once ready to go. Thx for checking in :)
